Confident he will beat Bibiano Fernandes: Kevin Belingon on Stephen Loman

Longtime ONE fighter Kevin Belingon and comrade Stephen Loman from Lakay Central Gym are getting ready for huge fights at ONE on Prime Video 4.

The two are assisting one another in their training as usual, but this time it's a little different. That's because Bibiano Fernandes, a common adversary of Belingon's, is who Loman is up against.

Four times over the years, Belingon and Fernandes have shared the circle. Even though 'The Silencer' dropped out of three of those matches, he still gained a lot of knowledge. He is now imparting his newfound knowledge to Loman.

Speaking to ONE Championship recently, Belingon noted that Loman is now in the right path and that he can outclass Bibiano to secure a much-needed win.

"He knows what to do. We’re always training and sparring together, and I try to help him as much as I can. When that cage door closes, it will be just the two of them in there. I am confident he will beat Bibiano Fernandes,” Belingon said.

As for Belingon, he will be fighting Kim Jae Woong at the event.

Kevin Belingon, a former ONE bantamweight champion, is searching for his first victory since 2018 after losing his previous four fights.

Furthermore, the 35-year-old has been defeated by submission in each of those losses, making his fight against Kim Jae Woong at ONE on Prime Video 4 a must-win matchup.
