The event features undefeated Indian strawweight phenom Nazareth Lalthazuala facing American veteran Gilbert Nakatani. This matchup pits an explosive rising star against experienced competition in high-stakes MMA action.
The 25-year-old Lalthazuala represents India's emerging MMA talent from Mizoram. Based in Guwahati, the southpaw known as "The Northstar" carries a perfect 8-0 career record featuring five spectacular finishes, establishing himself as one of Asia's most exciting fighters.
Lalthazuala began his MMA journey in 2021 and has progressed remarkably fast through competition levels. Making his incredible ONE Championship debut, the Indian sensation demolished his opponent in just 17 seconds, announcing his arrival with explosive fashion.
The undefeated strawweight competed in June when his devastating TKO victory earned him the life-changing US$100,000 main roster contract. Now carrying a perfect 3-0 ONE record into this bout, Lalthazuala faces his biggest career test against Nakatani.
