Fight of Knights Results: Shubham wins main event; Ganesh Raj wins co-main

Fight of Knights rolled out their latest event from Delhi on 18 December 2022 and had seven exciting fights on offer. The event, which was sanctioned by MMA India Federation, saw a huge list of guests in attendance including the former WWE star The Great Khali.

The night opened with a women’s MMA fight featuring Khushboo Nishad and Durga. Khushboo, who recently represented India at the IMMAF Asian MMA Championship, had a strong showing in the fight and went home with a victory.

In the second fight, Pravin Wagh got the better of Ameesh and saw his hands raised by The Great Khali who electrified the audience with his appearance.

Another name that represented India at the IMMAF Asian MMA Championship, Varun Sanyal got a win over Shukaib. Arya Kashyap of Madhya Pradesh made quick work of Raiben in her fight when Shalinee outclassed Fiza.

Ganesh Raj wins the Co-main event, Shubham wins the main event

Ganesh Raj of Tamil Nadu secured a huge win in the co-main event as he outclassed Shurab of Afghanistan. Fighting out of Combat Kinetics in Chennai, Ganesh is a multiple-time national MMA champion and had recently fought at BRAVE Combat Federation where he delivered a strong performance.

In the main event, a rematch from the Bangalore Open 2020 went down between Aboodi and Shubham. The last time these two faced off, they had delivered a fight for the ages and this time around as well, it was an exciting outing. Shubham, who trains out of Lions MMA in Pune, secured the win once again and closed the fight night
