Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson believes that Molly McCann could be a UFC champion soon. The Hollywood star expressed the same on his Twitter Page last day. He was reacting to an article which featured him and Molly together.

“Strong chance we’ll hear #AndNew connected to @MeatballMolly’s name in the future #peopleselbow#meatballelbow” The Rock Tweeted.

Molly McCann shot to stardom thanks to her recent performances. She is now on a three-fight winning streak and holds a record of 13-4 to her name.

In her last fight, she stopped Hannah Goldy in the first round. This was her second straight spinning elbow finish as well.

Molly started her career back in 2013 in the regional circuit. She turned professional two years later in 2015. Three years later in 2018, Molly made her UFC debut.

Though Molly started off with a loss, she bounced back and built a strong streak in the UFC. She secured three fights in a row before losing to Taila Santos.

Molly currently competes in the UFC Flyweight division. The Division is being ruled by Valentina Shevchenko who has been unstoppable.

When asked about the possibility of fighting Valentina, Molly noted that she might not be ready yet.

She was, however, open to the possibility of fighting Antonina Shevchenko.
