Vaibhav Shetty set to compete at KYS Promotions Combat Jiu Jitsu Event in the US

Indian athlete Vaibhav Shetty is all set to compete at the KYS Promotions’ Combat Jiu-Jitsu Event Proving Grounds in the United States on 19 February 2022.

The announcement was made by Vaibhav last day through his social media pages. He revealed that he will be competing in the 205 LBS bracket. You can see the statement from Vaibhav below.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, mark your calendars. February 19th, I'll be aiming for the KYS Promotions Combat Jiu-Jitsu title belt in the 205 lbs bracket. Vaibhav has been a mainstay in the Indian Combat Sports circuit for a long time now. He has competed across multiple disciplines including MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Grappling among others.

The Karnataka native is an IMMAF medalist in MMA while also being the first-ever WKN Champion from India. He is also ranked in the Indian Boxing Council rankings when it comes to boxing.

He is also an active promoter and leads Fraggingmonk Promotions which has so far hosted two events with the third event expected to be rolled out in the first half of 2022.
