She will be too easy for me: Stamp Fairtex on Victoria Lee

Stamp Fairtex feels that a fight against Victoria Lee would be a step down for her at this moment in time. Stamp revealed the same during a recent interview with Sportskeeda MMA and noted that Victoria Lee would be an easy fight for her.

"She’s a lot younger and has a way to go. In a few years, she will be much better. But right now, I think she will be too easy for me,” Stamp noted in the interview.

The ONE Atomweight Grand Prix Winner also noted that she needs to fight someone who is of a higher level.

"I don’t think a fight with Victoria Lee would make sense because it’s a step down for me. I need to fight someone who is of a higher level,” Stamp added.

Stamp has not fought since her fight against Angela Lee. The Thai superstar suffered a submission defeat against Lee at ONE X a few months back and will be looking to make a strong return.

She has already expressed her interest in a rematch with Angela Lee and noted that she will be able to knock out the champion if the two were to fight again.

A former two-sport world champion in ONE Championship, Stamp has her eyes set on the MMA title as well with which she could make history and become a three-sport world champion which is unprecedented in promotional history.
