Hollywood star Jake Gyllenhaal surprised fans on Friday night at UFC 285 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The actor participated in a weigh-in alongside Gyllenhaal's co-star, former UFC fighter Jay Hieron, while filming sequences for the upcoming adaptation of the 1989 film "Road House".
Social media users have posted videos of Gyllenhaal going up to the scales, stretching his powerful arms, and yelling at the crowd.
Then, in a staged argument, he engaged in a face-off with Hieron, the character who plays his rival in the film, and slapped him.
Given that he portrayed a boxer in the 2015 movie "Southpaw," Gyllenhaal is no stranger to getting into outstanding shape.
Conor McGregor, a former UFC champion, also appears in the "Road House" version. He was energising the crowd while Gyllenhaal was on stage during the weigh-in as well.
And now, footage of Jake Gyllenhaal getting a flying knee knockout inside the UFC Octagon has also surfaced the internet.
