Stephen Loman and Team Lakay respond to callout from Fabricio Andrade

The newly crowned ONE Bantamweight champion Fabricio Andrade called out Team Lakay star Stephen Loman shortly after his win at ONE Fight Night 7.

After winning the main event of ONE Fight Night 7: Andrade vs. Lineker II over John Lineker, Andrade wasted no time in launching an open challenge to establish his dominance in the ring.

Just before the fourth round started, Andrade stopped Lineker in the corner to win.

On the other hand, Loman is obviously the next contender for the championship since he is comfortably seated on the third spot in the division.

With a record of 17-2-0, Loman's most recent victory was a resounding one. Three months ago, he defeated renowned boxer Bibiano Fernandes in ONE Fight Night 4.

However, unlike Andrade, Loman won via unanimous decision rather than a Knockout.

Team Lakay appeared to answer to Andrade's appeal in a Facebook post to which the video is attached with a succinct but direct statement.

“Congratulations Fabricio. It was a great fight with John. I heard you want to face me. I accept it wholeheartedly. It's either in your hometown, in Asia or the US. Let’s give the fans a good show,” Loman said in a video posted on his Facebook page.

Team Lakay, in the captions, noted that the Sniper is coming.

"The Sniper" Mark Stephen Loman is ready!! Coming for that belt” the caption read.
