Indian MMA fighter Ehtesham Ansari has inked a four-fight deal with Kazakhstan’s Naiza Fighting Championship. The news was revealed by Ehtesham last day.
Fighting out of Knockout Fight Club in Delhi, Ehtesham has been a mainstay in the Indian MMA circuit for a long time now. He has built up an amateur MMA record of 17-7 to his name and won the National Gold Medal back in 2019.
After turning professional, Ehtesham is now 4-1 in his career and will be looking to build on the same when he fights at Naiza FC.
He has fought in Fight of Knights, The Hero Fight Night and Warrior’s Dream Series in India during his professional MMA run.
Along with his run in India, Ehtesham has been training in Russia as well. The details of his debut in Naiza FC are yet to be revealed.
What is Naiza FC?
Naiza Fighting Championship is an MMA promotion based in Kazakhstan. The promotion hosted its first-ever event back in 2015 in Kazakhstan and has been hosting regular events since then. The promotion has so far held 46 events with all the events happening in Kazakhstan.
The last event from Naiza FC, NAIZA FC 46 happened on Friday, 28 October 2022 at the Baluan Sholaq Arena in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The promotion has been hosting two events per month for sometime now and will be hosting two events in November as well with NAIZA FC 47 and NAIZA FC 48 set to happen this month.
