Strickland, who captured the UFC middleweight title by defeating Israel Adesanya before relinquishing it to Dricus Du Plessis, has garnered attention for his outspoken nature and aggressive fighting approach.

"I like him. Decent fighter. Outspoken. Bit of a mad thing. Loves a knock. UFC champion. He's a good fella in my book," McGregor remarked.
