The 71st edition of BRAVE Combat Federation promises an electrifying main event. Coming back to its home in the Kingdom of Bahrain on June 19, BRAVE Combat Federation will present BRAVE CF 71. The highly anticipated event will feature Super Welterweight world champion Marcin Bandel defending his 175-pound title against the undefeated Russian sensation Kamal Magomedov.
In his previous bout at BRAVE CF 63, Marcin 'Bomba' Bandel astounded the world by knocking down the heavily favored Ismail Naurdiev and subsequently submitting 'The Austrian Wonderboy' in the main event. This victory allowed Bandel to secure the vacant Super Welterweight crown.
Now hailed as the top-ranked 175-pounder in mixed martial arts, Marcin 'Bomba' Bandel aims to safeguard his title against Kamal Magomedov, a fighter yet to experience defeat in his professional career. Magomedov, known for his finishing prowess, boasts an impressive record of nine out of ten wins coming by way of knockout, technical knockout, or submission. Having triumphed in the Titan FC and with an eye on adding the prestigious BRAVE CF world title to his accolades, Magomedov is a force to be reckoned with.
Although Kamal Magomedov possesses an impressive finishing ability, Marcin 'Bomba' Bandel is also a proven finisher and intends to utilize his experience to his advantage. With 21 career victories, Bandel, a jiu-jitsu black belt under ADCC Open-Weight champion Robert Drysdale, has secured an impressive 19 submissions. Within the BRAVE CF promotion, Bandel has already achieved three wins, two of which were submissions, with the third being a decision victory over former Brazilian MMA champion Luis Felipe Dias.
BRAVE CF 71 marks the first of two events scheduled to take place in the Kingdom of Bahrain during the month of June. Following this homecoming event, the globally recognized MMA organization will embark on a series of events worldwide, with details set to be announced in the coming weeks.
