Indian MMA star Bhabajeet Choudhury to fight for title at Fierce FC in the US

Indian MMA star Bhabajeet Choudhury is all set to fight for the title at the Fierce Fighting Championship in the United States.

Bhabajeet Choudhury will be going up against the reigning Fierce Fighting Welterweight champion Carson Hardman at Fierce Fighting Championship XXIII which will happen on 20 January 2023. The event will be happening at The Maverick Centre and the tickets will be available for purchase at fiercefightingchampionship.com.

Bhabajeet Choudhury heads into the fight with a professional MMA record of 8-4 to his name. One of the biggest names in the Indian MMA circuit, Bhabajeet trains out of his own team, Bidang MMA and Fitness in Assam.

Bhabajeet will be returning to the cage after a long gap of three years and will be looking to get back to winning ways. In his last fight, he had suffered a loss to Martin Hudson at BRAVE CF 30 in Hyderabad. Prior to this, he was on a two-fight winning streak in the Super Fight League. The Indian is currently in the United States completing his camp for the fight which happens in January.

Carson Hardman comes into the fight on the back of a 11-3 professional MMA record. He is on a two-fight winning streak at the moment having secured both his wins in Fierce FC. In his last fight, Hardman had submitted William Dunkle in the first-round and prior to that, he had stopped Kani Correa in the third round at Fierce FC 18.

Fighting out of Xcite, the 27-year-old will be looking to keep the title around his waist when he fights the Indian MMA star.  

The fight between Bhabajeet and Carson will serve as the co-main event of the fight night. The showdown between Kent Mafileo and Larry Gonzales will be the main event of the fight night.
