German knockout artist Alexander Wesner is set to take centre stage at BRAVE CF 88 as he faces European MMA star Erko Jun for the vacant Light Heavyweight title. For Wesner, the fight is a chance to shock the world and etch his name in history.
Wesner, seven years younger than his opponent, brings a five-fight winning streak into the bout. The German fighter, already a Middleweight champion outside of BRAVE CF, has finished four of his last five opponents and amassed ten career victories. Known for his speed and technical striking, Wesner is widely regarded as a rising talent in European MMA.
While Jun has dominated BRAVE CF with two first-round knockout wins, including a victory over former title challenger Mohamed Said Maalem, Wesner is seen as the tougher, faster challenger. With more MMA experience, Wesner's dynamic skill set and youth could pose a significant challenge to the undefeated Jun.
If Wesner can deliver, he will pull off one of the biggest upsets of the year and secure the Light Heavyweight crown in BRAVE CF’s highly competitive division.
BRAVE CF 88 will take place on September 28 in Slovenia and also features a Heavyweight title bout between Pavel Dailidko and Patryk Dubiela.
