UFC 250 in the books and the event produced some exciting moments from top to bottom.

Amanda Nunes defended her Featherweight Title against Felicia Spencer in the main event and went home with a dominant win.

Nunes had the upper hand over Felicia Spencer from the start itself and easily steered through the entirety of the fight with pure dominance. Spencer was in survival mode for a major part of the fight with Nunes fending off all her attempts to made advancements.

Nunes almost got a submission win at the end of the fourth round with a rear-naked choke as well but Spencer was saved by the horn. The last round wasn’t any better for Spencer either as she was at the mercy of Nunes.

Cody Garbrandt produced one of the most memorable knockouts of the night when he knocked out Raphael Assuncao right at the end of the second round. Cody looked excellent in the first round but it was Assuncao that had better aggression for a major part of the second round. A knockdown from Cody midway through the second round put Assuncao defensive position which probably made him jump for some last-minute push in the round. Assuncao, however, went straight into the huge right hand from Cody which ended the fight.

Aljamain Sterling pushed his case for a shot at the UFC Bantamweight title when he submitted Cody Sandhagen in the first round itself via a rear-naked choke. After the fight, he asked for a shot at the title and possibly the winner of the Jose Aldo vs. Petr Yan fight.

Neil Magny got another win on his resume thanks to his decision victory over Rocco Martin. While there were questions raised about the final scores, it will still go down as a solid win for Magny who is now on a two-fight winning streak after returning from the long gap that he took.

Sean O’Malley made a statement in his UFC return by producing a walk-off knockout against Eddie Wineland. O’Malley landed a vicious punch which ended the fight in the first round itself giving him another highlight-reel finish.

Alex Caceres, Ian Heinisch, Cody Stamann and Maki Pitolo also picked up wins in the prelims. Alex Perez, Devin Clark and Herbert Burns were the other names in the winning column in the prelims.
