Reinier De Ridder gives his take on Aung La N Sang vs. Vitaly Bigdash III

The trilogy fight between Aung La N Sang and Vitaly Bigdash will happen at ONE: Full Circle this weekend. Considering the implications that the fight has on the ONE Middleweight division, it is a fight that current champion Reinier De Ridder will be closely watching.

De Ridder is coming off two back-to-back wins over Aung La N Sang which in turn made him the two-division champion in the promotion. He will now be defending the Middleweight title against Kiamrian Abbasov at ONE Full Circle and ahead of the fight, De Ridder took some time out to give his take on Aung La N Sang vs. Vitaly Bigdash III.

Aung La is coming off a huge KO win over Leandro Ataides when Bigdash is on a two-fight winning streak. As per De Ridder, it is a close fight considering the momentum and skills that Aung La and Bigdash bring to the table.

“I was very impressed with Bigdash in the fight with Fan Rong. He did extremely well and showed off his grappling, showed off his striking, and showed off a strong physique for his age. So yeah, he did very well and it's going to be an interesting one. It's been two very close fights and Aung is getting back to peak form as well. So it's an interesting one to see,” De Ridder said.
