The Kozhikode Indoor Stadium hosted the 4th Muay-Thai Title Belt Championship this past weekend under the guidance of Kerala State Muay-Thai Association and the Spartans School of Mixed Martial Arts.
The event had five title belts up for grabs in five different weight categories with each weight category having a semi-final and final showdown between the fighters.
Vyshnav, who had recently won at the Pro India Muay-Thai League in Mangalore, took the title in the -55 KG category which also had the likes of Lithin Manoj, Mohd. Shahid and Dipin Dev. Fighting out of Bushido, Vyshnav has been on an impressive run lately.
Jishnu of Rhino Fitness won the title in the -60 KG by outclassing three fighters including a big name in Vishnu Drona. Aswin and Safeer were the other fighters in the weight category that had to settle behind Jishnu.
Ajith of Black Tigers went home with the -65 KG category title while Anand of Chinese Ken-Po won the -70 KG title. Chinese Ken-Po had another reason to cheer for when Deena Dhayal won the title in the -77 KG category.

Held across three days in two rings inside the Indoor stadium, the event also had an inter-club competition which had the participation of 43 clubs from the state of Kerala.
Bushido, Malapuram secured the top position in the Inter-Club Standings with some impressive performances.
Chinese Ken-Po took home the second position in the Inter-Club standings while Knockout Fight Club, Calicut came in third. Spartans School of Martial Arts and Tornado Fight Club completed the top five.
