Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok sets the stage for ONE Fight Night 49 on Saturday, November 7, with nine MMA, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and submission grappling contests.
Indian MMA fighter Nazareth Lalthazuala makes his ONE main roster debut against South Korea’s Lee Seung Cheol in a strawweight bout. Both men earned their main roster contracts through ONE Friday Fights, and both remain undefeated in the promotion.
Lalthazuala arrives with an 8-0 career record, five finishes, and three promotional wins in three appearances. Lee counters with a 13-1 record and six ONE victories. Both are proven finishers, so one unbeaten run will end on Saturday night.
The main event is a pivotal lightweight MMA clash between Brazilian Lucas Gabriel and promotional newcomer Magomed Magomedov. Gabriel has won five of his ONE Championship bouts and could be a single victory away from a shot at the ONE Lightweight MMA World Title.
Magomedov stands in his way with 15 career wins. A win gives Gabriel his sixth ONE victory, while Magomedov would start his promotional career unbeaten and put himself in the title conversation.
The co-main event revives a rivalry that began in Muay Thai. Taiki Naito and Kongthoranee Sor Sommai meet in a flyweight kickboxing bout, three years after Kongthoranee took a unanimous decision in their October 2023 Muay Thai clash.
The supporting card adds plenty of variety. Nontachai Jitmuangnon faces Felipe Lobo in bantamweight Muay Thai, Zhou Jiaqiang meets Mamuka Usubyan in featherweight kickboxing, and Vick Souza takes on Magdalena Czaban in an atomweight MMA bout.
