Former UFC Champion Miesha Tate has another great addition to her already impressive resume: she is now the winner of a major reality show.
Last day Tate was named as the winner of the American TV show Celebrity Big Brother. For the uninitiated, Celebrity Big Brother is a Survivor-style show which features a string of celebrities in a house engaged in different tasks.
The final three contestants of the latest season were Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Cynthia Bailey, singer and dancer Todrick Hall alongside Miesha Tate. Tate ended up winning the contest with a vote of 7-1 and has secured the prize money of $250,000.

She was among one of the 11 houseguests at the start of the season which included names like Chris Kirkpatrick, Chris Kattan, and Shanna Moakler among others.
The UFC Twitter handle congratulated Tate for the achievement and noted that she is the first athlete to win the show.
Interestingly, Tate is set to make her drop to the UFC Flyweight division in May when she will fight Lauren Murphy.
Tate goes into the fight on the back of a loss against Ketlen Vieira but the former champion has been confident and vocal about her Flyweight move and also expressed interest to fight the current champion, Valentina Shevchenko.
