Fabricio Andrade edged closer to a ONE Championship title shot with his win over Kwon Won II recently. The Brazilian has been on an impressive streak in the ONE Bantamweight division and has already called out John Lineker for a showdown.

While Lineker is indeed the main focus for Andrade, he was recently quizzed about the ONE Championship Bantamweights. Andrade shared his take on the top five in the rankings and his take on Kevin Belingon, in particular, was interesting.

“I don’t think he ever fought good opponents. He coming from four losses. How can I fight him? He is not on my level. He shouldn’t be number five. He shouldn’t be even in the rankings,” Andrade noted during his interview with ONE Championship.

Belingon is a former ONE Championship champion and holds a professional record of 20-9 to his name. The Filipino MMA star, however, has been on a slow run lately having lost his last four fights. However, his losses came against Bibiano Fernandes, John Lineker, and Kwon Won Il, and was on a seven-fight winning streak prior this.

Andrade, on the other hand, is on a seven-fight winning streak at the moment and has not lost in ONE Championship. His recent finish over Kwon Won Il has placed him in prime contention for the ONE Bantamweight title.
