3 ONE Championship vs. UFC Fights for Aung La N Sang

The talks about fantasy ONE Championship vs. UFC Crossover fights have been around for a long time now and they recently got some momentum when ONE Championship Chairman Chatri Sityodtong said that the Heavyweights in the Singapore-based promotion would smoke UFC Heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou.

With that said, there are some exciting ONE vs. UFC crossover fights that the fans would love to see. One name in particular that would make matters interesting is Aung La N Sang. He is arguably one of the biggest stars on the ONE Championship roster and is a former two-division champion as well.

Here is a look at three UFC fighters who could lock horns with Aung La N Sang.

3. Israel Adesanya

What makes the matchup between Aung La N Sang and Israel Adesanya interesting is the fact that both fighters are strikers. Aung La is known to put on excellent matches when matched up against strikers and the same applies to Adesanya to an extent as well. This match could happen at either Middleweight or Light Heavyweight as both fighters have fought in these two weight classes.

2. Khamzat Chimaev

Khamzat Chimaev has been on the rise for sometime now. He is undefeated in the UFC and his professional MMA career and is on his way to becoming a huge star in the promotion. Though Khamzat is currently focusing on Welterweight, in the past, he has fought at Middleweight as well which makes matters interesting. A showdown between Khamzat and Aung La would be interesting.

1. Jon Jones

Though Jon Jones has expressed his interest in moving to Heavyweight, a Light Heavyweight contest with Aung La N Sang is bound to be a treat for the fans if it happens. Jones has some excellent striking in his arsenal and it would be interesting to see how the two match up against each other. A fight between these two is unlikely to go to the ground and while it happens at stand-up, it has all the potential to be a thriller.
