Former ONE Championship champion Aung La N Sang is excited about the prospect of traveling around the world with the promotion. The pandemic has limited ONE Championship’s events to Singapore but the promotional is expected to travel in 2022 which has excited Aung La.

"That will be nice. Possibly, if they come to the States that will be amazing... I don’t know where else they could go right now at the moment. Maybe Thailand since it’s opened up a little bit. I love traveling and part of life I mean on this earth it’s just traveling and seeing other places, It would be amazing to get that chance again,” Aung La N Sang said during his interview with SCMP MMA (h/t Sportskeeda).

The Burmese Python, however, has accepted the fact that ONE Championship might not make a return to Myanmar anytime soon.

"The whole situation is sad. I mean, not being to fight there is the least out of the sadness that’s happening right now... It’d be selfish for me to think that’s sad when way worse things are happening over there. It’s super sad. It’s going backward. I’m sad about that but I’m more sad about the people in my country,” he said.

Aung La N Sang is currently sitting on a KO win against Leandro Ataides and is set to fight Vitaly Bigdash for the third time in February. He will be looking to get a win over Bigdash and fast-track his way to the ONE Middleweight title which is currently with Reinier De Ridder.
