UFC Fight Night: Moicano vs. Saint Denis aka UFC Paris took place Sunday at the sold-out Accor Arena in Paris, where lightweight contender Renato Moicano claimed victory in the main event against France's Benoît Saint Denis. Moicano dominated the first round, but Saint Denis showcased his resilience, battling back in round two. However, the accumulated damage proved too much, and the fight was stopped by the doctor at the end of round two, giving Moicano the TKO win.
"Paris is beautiful! Next, I want the easy money. Paddy Pimblett, Dan Hooker — give me the easy fights," Moicano said after the victory.
In the co-main event, Nassourdine Imavov, the No. 4-ranked middleweight, rebounded from a tough first round against Brendan Allen. Imavov took control in rounds two and three, keeping Allen's grappling in check and outstriking the American to secure a unanimous decision victory. Imavov credited the Paris crowd for boosting his performance and expressed his desire for a title shot next.
The event also saw several standout performances, with Bryan Battle, Morgan Charrière, Fares Ziam, and Chris Duncan all earning "Performance of the Night" bonuses.
