UFC 300 Full Results: Alex Pereira knocks out Jamahal Hill, Zhang Weili wins

The highly anticipated UFC 300 is in the books and it would be fair to say that the event lived up to the expectations.

In the main event, Alex Pereira knocked out Jamahal Hill in the first-round to successfully defend his Light Heavyweight Title. Pereira dropped Hill with a huge punch first and then followed this up with a barrage of punches on the ground before the referee stepped in to stop the fight. 

The all-Chinese co-main event between Zhang Weili and Yan Xiaonan was filled with near finishes. Zhang slept Yan at one point only to see the challenger getting saved by the round ending. Zhang continued to mount the pressure throughout the five rounds and went home with a decision victory and retained the gold. 

The BMF Title fight between Max Holloway and Justin Gaethje had a fitting ending. After five rounds of action, Holloway knocked out Gaethje with just two seconds left in the fight to become the new BMF Champion. 

Charles Oliveira and Arman Tsarukyan delivered an exciting fight for the fans filled with to and fro action. Oliveira had a few submission attempts but the Brazilian failed to finish the same. In the end, after three rounds, Arman was announced as the winner via a split decision. 

In the opening bout of the main card, Bo Nickal secured a second-round submission to remain undefeated. Kayla Harrison made a memorable UFC debut and stopped Holly Holm in the second round when Aljamain Sterling, Diego Lopes and Renato Moicano also picked up wins in the preliminary card.
