Julianna Pena vs. Amanda Nunes Preview

In the main event, the intriguing women's bantamweight championship rematch will feature Amanda Nunes, the current women's featherweight champion, and previous champion Julianna Pena, who will be attempting to make her first successful title defence.

Pena (12-4, competing out of Chicago, Illinois but from from Spokane, Washington) is coming off one of the most dramatic victories in MMA history after dethroning Nunes late last year through submission.

She was the first female champion of The Ultimate Fighter and achieved major wins over Sara McMann, Nicco Montao, and Cat Zingano. Pena now aspires to defeat Nunes once more in order to solidify her position atop the women's bantamweight class.

Nunes (21-5, fighting out of Coral Springs, Florida via Bahia, Brazil), the greatest female combat athlete in history, wants to remind her supporters of the reasons she was unbeatable for more than six years.

She is the only female UFC double champion and has spectacular victories against Holly Holm, Cris Cyborg, and Ronda Rousey. In order to reclaim the belt, Nunes now intends to exact revenge on Pea for the defeat she suffered at her hands.

Brandon Moreno vs. Kai Kara-France Preview

When former champion Brandon Moreno and Kai Kara-France rematch in the co-main event, an interim flyweight champion will be crowned.

The goal for Moreno (19-6-2, competing out of Tijuana, Mexico) is to defeat Kara-France and get a rematch with the reigning champion Deiveson Figueiredo. The former champion has also achieved great victories against Bradon Royval, Jussier Formiga, and

Charles Smolka. Moreno currently seeks to retain the interim flyweight title by defeating Kara-France once more. Kara-France (24-9-1NC, representing Auckland, New Zealand) plans to take advantage of his first opportunity to compete for a UFC title.

He is now on a noteworthy three-fight winning streak during which he has excellent wins over Askar Askarov, Cody Garbrandt, and Rogério Bontorin. Now Kara-France wants to make amends with Moreno and return a UFC championship to New Zealand.
