The Inner Circle 20: Aslamjon Ortikov Fights For Family As He Chases World Title

Aslamjon Ortikov is not just fighting for a World Title on June 26. He is fighting for every sacrifice his family has made to get him there.

The undefeated Uzbek phenom challenges for the vacant ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Championship against fellow undefeated fighter Asadula Imangazaliev in the main event of The Inner Circle 20, streaming live on live.onefc.com from Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

The 23-year-old carries a flawless 24-0 career striking record and a perfect 10-0 ONE slate into the most important fight of his life. Since arriving on the global stage, Ortikov has been an unstoppable force, brushing aside every challenge thrown at him with the kind of clinical efficiency that has made him one of the most feared strikers in the flyweight division.

But behind every victory lies a story of family sacrifice that drives him far beyond the pursuit of personal glory.

"My brother sold his car to send me here (Thailand) so I could train and achieve my dream. My parents and my two brothers did everything for me. They sacrificed their time, their money, and everything," he said.

Those words carry the full weight of a journey built not just on talent and hard work, but on the love and belief of a family that gave up what it had to give Ortikov his shot at greatness.

When performance bonuses came his way inside the ring, the young Uzbek did not forget where he came from.

"After I got a bonus, I sent some of the money to my brother to pay him back and also to my parents," he added.

Ortikov intends to hand Imangazaliev his first career loss, claim the vacant belt, and write his name into the history books.

"My dream is to win the belt and become the first ONE Muay Thai World Champion from Uzbekistan," he explained.
