I am the Game: Sanjana George details the interesting conversation with Triple H

Indian MMA fighter Sanjana George made headlines when she was signed by WWE a few years back. She was the first Keralite to be signed by the WWE.

After spending time in the WWE Performance Centre and as a referee, Sanjana is now back in India and ready to make her MMA return. The Indian, recently appeared in an interview with local Malayalam news outlet Manorama Online where she talked about her time in the WWE.

During the interview, Sanjana recalled the interesting conversation that she had with Triple H. Triple H, who was leading the WWE development talent when Sanjana arrived, was warm and gave some confidence to the newcomer. You can see the translation below.

“When I entered WWE, Triple H was my boss. He leads the NXT production and the show. The first meeting was with Triple H. He gave an introduction speech covering all the rules and the flow of work. That was the first-time I met him in person. My father was a huge fan of Triple H, so I was sitting on the edge of my seat when that speech was delivered. And at the end of the speech, he said that we have all the best facilities and doctors here and if you don’t become successful even after this, it is on you. Not on me,” Sanjana recalled.\

She also went on to add about the one-on-one interaction that she had with Triple H.

“I was fully pumped after the speech. I was thinking that my father made the correct decision by becoming Triple H’s fan. When I met Triple H in person, I went and said Hi and introduced myself. He said that he knows me and said that he knows everybody by name. Then he asked me my plans and I was like ‘I’m here to change the game’ and he said that ‘he is the game’,” Sanjana added.
