PHOTOS: Indian MMA Fighter Sanjana George appears as referee in WWE

Indian MMA Fighter Sanjana George made her appearance as a referee in the WWE recently. Sanjana, who signed with WWE back on April 24, 2021, was in development for a long time and a few months back, it was reported by Fightful that the Indian was released from her WWE Contract.

However, the Kerala girl has now made her appearance in WWE and was seen as the referee for the WWE NXT LVL UP show recently. The details of her current association with WWE, however, are still not clear.

Earlier, it was also noted that Sanjana George will be competing under the ring name Vish Kanya in the WWE. WWE had also filed a trademark for the name.

Sanjana signed with WWE after attending the WWE trials which were held in India. She had announced her signing with WWE through her Instagram page and was an active name in the Indian Combat Sports circuit. She was also an active participant in Obstacle Course Races across the nation.
