Nong-O Hama and Kongthoranee Sor Sommai have unfinished business, and they are going to settle it at ONE Friday Fights 160. ONE Championship has confirmed the flyweight Muay Thai trilogy between the two Thai warriors for Friday, June 26.
With one win apiece, the rubber match has been inevitable since the moment the scores were levelled. Now, the two veterans finally get their definitive answer inside the fabled walls of Lumpinee Stadium.
Their rivalry began at ONE Fight Night 28 in 2025, where the matchup doubled as Nong-O's debut in the flyweight division following his storied reign as a former eight-time ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion.
Kongthoranee came out firing, unleashing a relentless all-out attack on the Thai legend across the opening round. Nong-O found his rhythm in the second, but Kongthoranee saved his best for last, pouring everything into the third and final round to edge a razor-close split-decision victory.
The rematch arrived just under three months later at ONE Fight Night 31, and this time the roles were reversed in the most emphatic fashion. Nong-O left no room for doubt, launching a sustained offensive from the opening bell and maintaining that pressure for all three rounds.
Kongthoranee battled hard, but the former champion was simply too much to handle. The unanimous decision went to Nong-O, levelling the series at 1-1 and making the trilogy fight not just inevitable but essential.
The two fighters could hardly be more different in where they stand in their careers.
Nong-O, 39, is a living Muay Thai institution. The Evolve MMA product carries a breathtaking 267-59 career record and a 12-5 ONE record into the trilogy, with a legacy built on one of the most dominant championship reigns the sport has ever seen.
Meanwhile, Kongthoranee, 29, is equally motivated. The Sor Sommai product is a three-time Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai World Champion who carries a 72-19 career record and an 11-5 ONE record into the bout.
Two wins. Two losses. One fight left to settle it all. Lumpinee Stadium on June 26 is the stage, and Muay Thai royalty is delivering the main attraction.
