Superlek Claims Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title
In the main event, ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 added another belt to his collection, defeating former two-sport king Jonathan Haggerty to capture the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title. Superlek wasted no time, finishing Haggerty in under a round. As Haggerty threw a straight right, Superlek ducked under and landed a devastating counter elbow, dropping the Englishman to the canvas. Haggerty failed to beat the referee’s count, awarding Superlek the knockout victory and making him a two-sport, two-division ONE World Champion.
Seksan Impresses in U.S. Debut
In the co-main event, Thai Muay Thai icon Seksan Or Kwanmuang delivered an electric performance in his U.S. debut, defeating British legend Liam Harrison in a 140-pound catchweight Muay Thai bout. Seksan came out aggressively from the opening bell, overwhelming Harrison with powerful elbows. The second round saw Seksan score three knockdowns, ultimately forcing a technical knockout at 1:49.
Demetrious Johnson Announces Retirement
Earlier in the evening, ONE Flyweight MMA World Champion and American legend Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson emotionally announced his retirement from mixed martial arts, leaving fans in the Circle stunned.
