Longtime rivals Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz, who were both in attendance to watch Jon Jones win the UFC heavyweight title on Saturday night, looked to lock eyes in the crowd.
In the first round of their fight at UFC 285 in Las Vegas, Jones forced Ciryl Gane of France to submit.
Several famous people attended the battle, including with notable MMA fighters like McGregor and Diaz.
After splitting one victory between them in their previous two meetings, both men have long been associated with a trilogy fight.

Both men may be seen in a footage uploaded by BT Sport, where they appear to exchange sharp words at the T-Mobile Arena.
The footage opens with Diaz making a gesture towards McGregor and appearing to be looking at him. The camera then pans across to McGregor, who is also sternly glancing in Diaz's direction before turning away.
McGregor was defeated by Diaz through submission in the second round of their first encounter in March 2016 in Las Vegas.
McGregor didn't have to wait long, though, as he won by majority decision five months after the Jones-Gane bout last night at the same venue.
The two have fought on social media in recent years, and there have been rumours that a third, decisive fight is in the works.
McGregor, though, hasn't competed since July 2021 since he broke his leg in a loss to Dustin Poirier.
He will make a comeback fight against Michael Chandler later this year while coaching on The Ultimate Fighter.

In his most recent fight, in which he used a guillotine choke to submit Tony Ferguson, Diaz decided not to sign a new contract with the UFC, leaving him a free agent. You can see the video below. What are your thoughts on the same? Let us know in the comments below.
