Marcin Bandel of Poland was enthusiastically welcomed home by his folks following his decisive victory that earned him the title in BRAVE Combat Federation during a recent soccer match. This past weekend, Bandel travelled to Lodz to watch his favourite team, LKS Lodz, take on Arka Gdynia. He was greeted enthusiastically by thousands of spectators while wearing his brand-new BRAVE CF world title belt.
The person known as "Bomba" was presented to the raucous crowd during halftime as they cheered for the newly crowned BRAVE CF Super Welterweight champion and his title after he stunned the MMA community. Marcin won the illusive championship at BRAVE CF 63 in the Kingdom of Bahrain by armbaring strong favourite and superstar Ismail Naurdiev in the opening round.
Due to Naurdiev's fight-related broken jaw, Bandel was speechless but pleased to be home and to proudly represent Poland in the world's fastest-growing MMA company.
“I can’t talk too much following the surgery I had on my jaw, but I will say this, a big thank you to all of you for supporting me,” said Bandel before triggering the entire Wladyslaw Krol Municipal Stadium to erupt as fans chanted “Marcin Bandel, Marcin Bandel”.
