ONE Championship (ONE) electrified Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, with ONE Fight Night 24: Brooks vs. Balart.
In the main event, #1-ranked Jarred “The Monkey God” Brooks defeated #3-ranked Gustavo “El Gladiador” Balart to win the ONE Interim Strawweight MMA World Championship. Brooks dominated from the start, securing a takedown and quickly transitioning to Balart’s back. He locked in a rear-naked choke, forcing a tap-out with just 21 seconds left in the first round. Brooks will next face reigning champion Joshua “The Passion” Pacio for a title unification bout.
In the co-main event, Mayssa Bastos won the ONE Women’s Atomweight Submission Grappling World Title by defeating Danielle Kelly.
