India vs. Pakistan in MMA: Dhruv Chaudhary vs. Uloomi Karim announced for MFN 10

An India vs. Pakistan showdown is set to happen in MMA as Dhruv Chaudhary will fight Uloomi Karim for the MFN Bantamweight title at MFN 10.

The announcement was made by Matrix Fight Night through their social media pages last day. This will be the card's fourth title fight as the promotion announced three more title fights.

A veteran in the Indian MMA circuit, Dhruv Chaudhary holds a professional MMA record of 15-8 to his name and is coming off a loss against Sanjeet Budhwar at MFN 8. Dhruv has been part of MFN since the inception of the promotion and has three wins on the platform. He had secured two wins over Sumeet Khade and one win over Pawan Goyat whereas he suffered losses against Angad Bisht and Sanjeet Budhwar taking his record in the promotion to 3-2.

Dhruv started his career back in 2013 with Super Fight League and had a memorable run in the promotion and piled up many impressive wins.

He will be looking to get back to winning ways and take home the MFN Bantamweight title to India in a high-stake showdown against Uloomi Karim.

Uloomi Karim, on the other hand, has been one of the most notable names in Pakistan MMA. He started his career back in 2011 and has competed in different promotions including WSOF, BRAVE Combat Federation, Fairtex Fights among others. He is coming off a win against Hassan Barkhordari at Fairtex Fights.

This is not the first time that Uloomi is involved in an India vs. Pakistan showdown. Earlier, he had fought Yadwinder Singh at WSOF and secured a win. After this, Uloomi had fought Mohammed Farhad at BRAVE CF and suffered a KO loss. He will be looking to bounce back from that loss when he fights Dhruv Chaudhary at MFN 10 which happens in Dubai.

Angad Bisht vs. Mohamed Gamal for the MFN Flyweight title

Last day, Matrix Fight Night also announced the fight for the MFN Flyweight title. Indian MMA star Angad Bisht will be going up against Egypt’s Mohamed Gamal at MFN 10 for the belt.

Angad holds a record of 8-3 to his name and has competed across multiple weight classes in MFN. He is now on a three-fight winning streak having secured wins over Himanshu Kaushik, Chaitanya Gavali and Chungreng Koren in the last three MFN events.

Gamal, on the other hand, is 7-4 in his professional MMA career. He is sitting on a three-fight losing streak at the moment with his last loss coming against Nawras Abzakh at UAE Warriors.

Earlier, MFN had also announced the Featherweight and Women’s Strawweight title fights as well for MFN 10 which happens in Dubai in November.
