BRAVE Combat Federation crowned two new world champions at BRAVE CF 88, as European stars Erko Jun and Pavel Dailidko ascended to the thrones of their respective divisions in a night that also celebrated their friendship.
The two fighters, who climbed the ranks together, first crossed paths at BRAVE CF 70 in Slovenia, where Jun debuted with a first-round stoppage of Marko Drmonjic, launching his rise in the Light Heavyweight division. Dailidko, fresh off a debut loss, delivered a breakthrough first-round knockout of Slovenia’s Luka Podkrajšek at the same event, marking the start of his Heavyweight ascent.
Both fighters continued their winning ways at BRAVE CF 81, once again sharing a card in Slovenia, with Jun stopping Mohamed Said Maalem in the main event and Dailidko securing a knockout win over Valdrin Istrefi. These victories earned them title shots at BRAVE CF 88.
In a historic moment for European MMA, Jun captured the Light Heavyweight title in the main event, while Dailidko became the inaugural BRAVE CF Heavyweight champion in the co-main event. Their simultaneous rise has captivated fans across the continent, as both champions now prepare for their first major title defenses.
