ONE Champion Fabricio Andrade buys home for mother, shares emotional story

The newly crowned ONE Bantamweight champion Fabricio Andrade has achieved one of his dreams. While winning the ONE Championship World title was one of the goals on his mind, apparently, he had some goals for his family as well.

In a recent post shared by Andrade on Instagram, he revealed that he has bought a house for his mother and family in Brazil. He also shared a photo of his mother posing in front of the newly bought house.

“On my penultimate visit to Fortaleza, I decided that I would only come back when I could realize a personal goal that I had for a long time and thank God this last time I finally managed to buy my first house where my mother and family will live in Brazil.

I do not intend to live in Brazil but having the opportunity to change their lives is also something that makes me happy, over the years I developed these barriers that ended up becoming a little cold but it was necessary to prevent me from distractions and criticism along the way, But at the end of the day thinking about being a good person won't make you a good person actions will. Actions are what show the person you really are and I hope I can provide many more moments like this to people who have always been by my side,” he wrote on his Instagram page.

Andrade won the ONE Bantamweight title with a TKO win over John Lineker back on February 25, 2023. This was the rematch of the showdown that Andrade had with Lineker back in October.

He is now looking for a showdown with Team Lakay star Stephen Loman next.
