He loves the sport: Dana White reveals favourite UFC fighters of Donald Trump

Donald Trump loves MMA. This is as per Dana White. The UFC president revealed that Trump loves the sport and also revealed the favorite MMA fighters of Trump.

Dana was speaking at the UFC 287 post-fight press conference. Donald Trump attended the event which was held in Miami. The former United States President was met with love from the fans in attendance with a USA chant breaking out as well.

“He got here at 7:30 – he’s here at 7:30 and he stayed till the last fight and then left. He loves the sport. He loves the fights. And like I said, many times, he’s been an incredible friend,” Dana White told in the post-fight interview (h/t MMA Junkie)

Trump was addressed multiple times during the broadcast as well. Kevin Holland, after his win on the UFC 287 main card, went and talked to Dana White and Donald Trump.

Meanwhile, Jorge Masvidal, after announcing his retirement, hailed Donald Trump as the greatest president in history.

Dana White went on to reveal the favourite fighters of Donald Trump.

“This guy calls me twice a month and will talk to me for an hour about fights that have happened since the last time we talked. He knows everybody. He knows what they did and who they fought last. He’s a huge fight fan – loves this stuff. Three guesses (who his favorite fighters are): Masvidal and Colby Covington,” he added.

Trump is facing criminal charges in the United States now but has gained popularity over the past few years and is expected to contest in 2024 as well.
