BRAVE Combat Federation will make history at BRAVE CF 88 by crowning its inaugural Heavyweight champion when Pavel Dailidko takes on Patryk Dubiela in the co-main event.
The Heavyweight division is the only weight class that has yet to see a title bout in BRAVE CF’s history, which began in 2016. Dailidko and Dubiela, both top contenders, were selected to compete for the milestone.
Dailidko, who has been a dominant force in the division, rebounded from a loss in his BRAVE CF debut to secure four consecutive finishes, including three first-round knockouts in 2023. He continued his streak with a second-round stoppage of Valdrin Istrefi at BRAVE CF 81.
Dubiela steps in on short notice after the withdrawal of Azamat Nuftillaev. The Polish fighter, training alongside MMA stars like Jan Blachowicz, brings strong grappling skills, having finished his opponent in under a minute at BRAVE CF 81.
BRAVE CF 88 will take place on September 28 and is headlined by the Light Heavyweight title fight between Erko Jun and Alexander Wesner. The event is part of BRAVE CF’s ongoing world tour.
