Bahraini amateur MMA standout Ramazan Gitinov is gearing up for his comeback at BRAVE CF 82 in Mauritius on May 11, receiving valuable guidance from MMA superstars Islam Makhachev and Khabib Nurmagomedov ahead of his highly anticipated bout.

Gitinov, widely regarded as one of the best amateur MMA fighters of all time, represents KHK MMA, a team founded by His Highness Shaikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa in 2015. Both Makhachev and Nurmagomedov, original members of KHK MMA, have played pivotal roles in shaping Gitinov's training and development as part of the team.

Reflecting on his training experience with the legendary duo in preparation for BRAVE CF 82, Gitinov emphasized the significance of learning from the best in the sport and shared his aspirations for the future.

"Training with Islam and Khabib has been a great pleasure. They are the golden standard in Lightweight MMA, and it is an honor to be here," Gitinov stated. "Lions train with lions, and I want to be at the top just like them. For that to happen, I need to work hard, and I cannot wait to show the world what I've been working on. See you in Mauritius."

With an undefeated professional MMA record of four wins and no losses, Gitinov also boasts an illustrious amateur career highlighted by three IMMAF World Championships. Despite a successful track record, Gitinov remains driven by a desire for redemption, particularly against Prince Lolia, an undefeated opponent who hails from the same region as the fighter who handed Gitinov one of his rare amateur losses.

The showdown between Gitinov and Lolia promises to be a major highlight of the BRAVE CF 82 fight card, which marks the fourth event of BRAVE Combat Federation in Africa. The organization's continued presence in Africa solidifies BRAVE CF's position as the premier international MMA platform hosting events on the continent.

BRAVE CF 82 will feature a stacked lineup, headlined by the Bantamweight title fight between Jose ‘Shorty’ Torres and Nkosi Ndebele, underscoring the promotion's commitment to showcasing top-tier talent and exciting matchups across global MMA.
