Kuramagomedov extended his unbeaten streak and realized his lifelong dream with a hard-fought unanimous decision victory, becoming visibly emotional after his triumph.
In the co-main event, the Irish crowd was electric as they welcomed Derry’s Paul Hughes (12-1) for his Bellator Champions Series debut. Hughes rose to the occasion, stopping Bobby King (12-7) via TKO in the second round with vicious ground and pound. Australia’s Arlene Blencowe (16-10) silenced the 3Arena as she dropped Sinead Kavanagh (9-7) and followed up with a guillotine choke to secure the tap. The fighters exchanged heavy hands in the first round, with 'Angerfist' landing a strong straight right hand in the second round before successfully executing the submission.
The evening also featured Dalton Rosta (9-1) emerging victorious after a three-round battle with Norbert Novenyi (7-1) in an entertaining Middleweight bout. Both fighters exchanged heavy offense, with Rosta showcasing incredible resilience in the third round, fighting through big elbows from Novenyi to secure a majority decision win.
The main card kicked off with a win for Ireland as Darragh Kelly (6-0) remained undefeated by putting Mathias Poiron (7-2) to sleep with a tight guillotine, bringing the home crowd to their feet. The 'Moville Mauler' put the Lightweight division on notice with this impressive victory.
