Valentina Shevchenko and Amanda Nunes are hands down two of the most dominant names in the UFC Female rankings.
When Valentina has been cleaning out the Flyweight division, Amanda was dominating the Bantamweight division and also became a two-division champion by capturing the Featherweight title. Interestingly, the two have some history against each other as well having fought against each other on two occasions.

It was Amanda Nunes that came out on top during both the fights and there has been a lot of talk regarding a potential trilogy between Shevchenko and Nunes.
In her recent interview on the Monster Energy YouTube Channel, Shevchenko opened up about the trilogy with Nunes and what would make her move up to the Bantamweight division.
“In my opinion, the shape that Amanda [Nunes] was in for that fight [with Julianna Pena] was not even close to the shape she was in when she fought me the second time. There are two different Amanda’s. We will see what happens after that. If she prepares for the rematch, does everything right then she will probably regain her belt and it’ll be another reason why I have to move up to bantamweight for our trilogy,” she said (h/t Sportskeeda).
Nunes is currently sitting on a loss against Julianna Pena and is set to be the coach during the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter.
