Frankie Edgar:

“It’s good to be on the winning side. I heard a lot of people barking that I’m old, I’m slow. I definitely proved them all wrong. Three weight classes, I’ve shown I can compete with the best at 38 years old. I think the sky is the limit for myself. Pedro is a top dog and that makes me a top dog. I’m back.”

Mike Rodriguez:

“I’m not going to say that being in the losers bracket is not motivating, because it is. A lot. But now that I’m in the winning column, you got that taste, you’re like, ‘I want more. I want to win some more’. So I have to get back home, get back to the drawing board and we have to keep working.”

Daniel Rodriguez:

“You never know what you are capable of until you are put in a situation. Now I know what I’m truly made of... That’s kind of what we did and we ended jockeying for position, clinched and that’s where I tend to do my best work I think, so it played right into my hands and I was just very fortunate.
