UFC Vegas 6 Full Results: Derrick Lewis stops Aleksei Oleinik in second round

UFC rolled out UFC Vegas 6 from the UFC Apex today and the event was headlined by the Heavyweight showdown between Derrick Lewis and Aleksei Oleinik. The main event did not go beyond the second round as Lewis stopped his counterpart in the opening seconds of the round itself.

Oleinik had a better first round and closed out on top of Lewis but failed to capitalize on the momentum in the second round, in turn, suffering the stoppage defeat.

Chris Weidman edged out a unanimous decision victory against Omari Akhmedov in the co-main event and snapped his two-fight losing streak. Darren Stewart got a first-round submission win in his fight when Yana Kunitskaya ground out a unanimous decision victory.

Beneil Dariush produced a highlight reel KO in the first fight of the night when he stopped Maki Pitolo with a spinning back-first in the first round itself. Below are the complete results from the event.
