Indian boxer Shivani Dahiya is all set to fight against Phumarin Yoohanngoh of Thailand at The Fighter: World Boxing on 2 July 2022. The event is promoted by Marine Pro Boxing Promotions and TL Boxing Promotions and is supported by Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit. It will be live on LPS PPV in India.
The fight will happen at 122 LBS and will serve as the professional boxing debut of Phumarin who comes with an extensive Muay-Thai background.
Shivani Dahiya, on the other hand, has been a mainstay in the Indian Boxing circuit for a long time now. She holds a record of 2-3 to her name and had made her professional boxing debut back in 2018 in Goa. She then fought twice in 2019 and once in 2020 before having her most recent fight in Dubai in 2021.

Shivani went up against fellow Indian boxer Chandni Mehra in Dubai in the card promoted by Amir Khan and had suffered a close Majority decision loss which had raised debates. The Indian will be looking to bounce back strongly from her loss against Chandni when she fights in Thailand this weekend.

Apart from Shivani, the card will feature three more Indian boxers. Neeraj Goyat will be making his much-awaited return on the card when Mizo boxing stars Vanlalawmpuia and Zoramchhana will be in action on the card as well.
