Indian Wushu star Surya Bhanu Pratap Singh has been ruled out of Soul of Warriors 2 due to personal reasons.

The Asian Games Medalist was supposed to make his Mixed Martial Arts Debut at the event on January 9, 2021, in Kolkata but will not be competing at the event after the passing away of his grandmother.

A two-time World Wushu Championship medallist, Surya Bhanu Pratap Singh was scheduled to fight Provanjan at the event which was earlier scheduled to happen in December. Situations that stemmed from the pandemic, however, forced the promoters to reschedule it for January.

The event will be headlined by the fight between Kushal Vyas and Rohit Pundeer. Priya Saini going up against Monika Ghag in a rematch will be another major attraction when Hemant Wadekar will be fighting Suraj Bahadur at the event as well.

Soul of Warriors 2 will be streamed live on the social media pages of Soul of Warriors on Saturday, January 9, 2021, and we will be having the stream on our Website and Mobile Applications as well.
