Indian MMA News: 7 Indian fighters confirmed to compete at SOW 2

Soul of Warriors MMA Fighter Series has announced the signing of seven Indian MMA fighters for their next event. This is apart from the announcement of Indian Wushu star Surya Bhanu Pratap Singh, who is also scheduled to make his professional MMA debut at the event.

The first name announced for the event was Ritika Poojary, who is fresh off her outing at the Thailand Fighting Championship. Delhi Martial Arts Academy’s Priya Saini was also announced for the event later on.

The promotion also announced the signing of Indian MMA veterans Kushal Vyas and Rohit Pundeer, who interestingly locked horns on social media recently and challenged each other for a showdown.

Hemant Wadekar will be making his return to the cage after a long lay-off due to injury at the event along with Suraj Bahadur who last fought at UAE Warriors.

Arshiyan Memon, who had secured an impressive first-round victory at Thailand Fighting Championship is also inked to fight at the event. While the details of the event have not been revealed yet, it was noted that it will be rolled out as soon as the COVD-19 situation is under control.
