WATCH: Reinier De Ridder and Aung La N Sang training together at Sanford MMA

Reinier De Ridder and Aung La N Sang are training together at Sanford MMA. De Ridder posted a video of him sparring with Aung La N Sang last day on Instagram stories and captioned the video as Round 7 while tagging Henri Hooft.

Aung La N Sang and Reinier De Ridder have fought against each other on two occasions with De Ridder picking up the win in both the fights.

In the first fight, De Ridder managed to get a first-round submission win against Aung La while in the second fight, De Ridder was pushed to the complete distance but picked up a decision win nevertheless.

The Dutchman became the ONE Middleweight and ONE Light Heavyweight champion as a result and has been vocal about his respect for Aung La N Sang. He had also expressed his interest in training with the Burmese Python and from the looks of it, De Ridder has kept his word.

De Ridder went on to secure a win over ONE Welterweight champion Kiamrian Abbasov and drew with Andre Galvao after his wins over Aung La when Aung La secured a KO win against Leandro Ataides and lost to Vitaly Bigdash.
