ONE: Battleground II: How to watch in India and Full Fight Card for the event

ONE Championship returns with ONE: Battleground II on Friday, 13 August 2021. The pre-recorded event will be headlined by the showdown between Eduard Folayang and Zhang Lipeng.

Alex Silva and Miao Li Tao will be lock horns in the co-main event when Thomas Narmo will be looking to get the better of Alain Ngalani in a Heavyweight clash.

Indian MMA star Rahul Raju returns

For the Indian MMA fans, the return of Rahul Raju will be the major attraction on the fight card.

Raju had a standout 2019, as he finished both Richard “The Notorious” Corminal and Furqan “The Lion” Cheema with his patented rear-naked choke. But in the years to follow, “The Kerala Krusher” endured some tough luck in the Circle and saw his winning streak come to an end.

The Indian will aim to restart his run at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, but his Mongolian rival is looking to make a name for himself on the global stage.

Nergui previously competed in ONE Warrior Series, where he submitted Shooto veteran Takuya Nagata with a guillotine choke. Now, he hopes to replicate that success in his main roster debut.

Recently, Ritu Phogat had made a strong return in the first-edition of ONE: Battleground series when she defeated Lin Heqin of China. With this, Ritu ended the 11-fight winning streak of Heqin and got back to winning ways as well. Rahul will be looking for a similar performance when he steps into the circle to fight his Mongolian counterpart.
