Thai atom weight Noelle Grandjean is all set to fight Pakistan’s Anita Karim in the next Fairtex Fights card at Lumpinee Stadium. Noelle revealed the same through an Instagram post last day and noted that the fight will happen on 12 March 2022.

"Next MMA fight will be on March 12th, 2022 in Lumpinee Stadium, Bangkok. It's an honor to be part of the first female fighters allowed to step into the ring, especially for MMA! Arguably the most famous Muay Thai stadium in the world, women have been barred from the ring for superstitious reasons since its creation in 1956. Thanks @fairtexfightpromotion for making this happen. Furthermore, it's a bit particular because I'll fight my ex-training partner and friend @karimanitamma , but at the end of the day it's just a sport, let's give the people a great show and share some food together after. Getting up a weight class for this one and in training camp for another sport, but if I wasn't slightly crazy I'd have chosen another path right. This one is for all my Thai supporters,” Noelle wrote on her Instagram page.

Noelle currently holds a professional MMA record of 1-0 to her name having made her professional debut in 2021 after a successful outing at the GAMMA Asian MMA Championship. Anita Karim, on the other hand, has the experience of ONE Warrior Series on her resume and has a record of 2-1 to her name.
