Real Fighting Legend: Conor McGregor praises Nick Diaz

Nick Diaz might not be going through the best phase of his career when it comes to fighting. However, outside the cage, Nick is out doing some great gestures. The UFC Star was seen interacting with the cancer patients recently at the Chipsa Hospital and as per an Instagram post, Nick spoke to the patients about fighting fear and staying strong.

“Shout out and big thanks ???? to @nickdiaz209 for coming to speak to our cancer patients at @chipsahospitaloffical about fighting fear and staying strong ???????? during a fight! Nick as down getting stem cell treatments at @cpistemcells for his years of wear and tear on his body. He is a true warrior and has had some of the most epic battles ever in the cage and On The Mat! Thank you Nick appreciate all your years of friendship and support!,” Scotty Nelson noted on Instagram along with a photo of Nick with the patients.

The picture made it to Twitter last day and has gained praise from none other than former UFC champion Conor McGregor.

McGregor tagged Nick Diaz as ‘The Real Fighting Legend’ on his tweet today.

The Irishman has an interesting history with the Diaz Brothers and the two parties were seen engaging in to and fro social media wars in the past. However, McGregor has decided to show respect where it is due and lauded the elder Diaz brother.
