Nandi Tyres Boxing Fight Night from Club Fights: Full Results from the event

Club Fights hosted Nandi Tyres Boxing Fight Night this past weekend at the LB Stadium, Hyderabad. It was a knockout weekend for Red Corner Sports as two of its athletes scored knockout victories bouts that took place at LB Stadium, Hyderabad.

Kundeti Raju, Shiva Yadav, Kamal Chaubey, Ravindra Yadav, J Santhosh, Rajeeth Singh Sethi made a successful pro debut by taking out Mohammed Naveed, Mohammed Benyamin, C. Vethandh, Mir Mukkaram Ali, Ranajit Chongtham, Abhishek Kumar where Santhosh, Suhaib, and Rajeeth were declared winners by Knockout.

Raju, who was fighting in front of his hometown fans, put on a dominating performance against another local favorite Naveed, and got the victory on points, judges scored the fight as 37-38, 40-36 40-36.

Light Heavyweight, Rajeeth Singh (Debut), scored a second-round knockout on his off-TV debut when dismantled, Abhishek Kumar by way of a right hook to the body. The 4-round bout took place at the LB Stadium Boxing Arena in Hyderabad, India.

In the opening round, Rajeeth Singh took his time to get an idea of what adjustments needed to be made before he went on the attack. In the second round, he stood in the middle of the ring and let his hands go, dropping Abhishek with a straight to the head and the referee counted him out.

“It felt good to get a nice stoppage on a Club Fights card,” said Rajeeth. “The goal was to come out to Hyderabad and make a statement, by getting a knockout. I’m still only 25-years old so I have a lot to learn in this sport, but I like the way my career is going. I’ll be right back in the gym awaiting my next fight, which I hope will be very soon. I took no punishment so I know I can get back in the ring right away.”
